1. About Us

CSM Transcript Solutions, an initiative under IBC Group, is a duly incorporated company under the Companies Act, 2013, operating within India. We are authorized to collect, store and process personal and academic data of individuals ("Requestors" or "Applicants") who engage us to retrieve academic or education-related documents from Universities, Boards, Colleges, or Institutions on their behalf.

CSM Transcript Solutions operates solely as an independent facilitator and intermediary. We hold no formal affiliation with any university or educational institution. Our role is limited to bridging the gap between alumni and institutions to streamline document procurement, strictly under the authorization provided by the Requestor.

2. Services

We assist in the procurement of the following academic and education-related documents:

  • Academic transcripts and educational records
  • Original or duplicate degree/pass certificates
  • Duplicate mark sheets (including cases of loss or theft)
  • Medium of Instruction certificates
  • Migration Certificates
  • Any other documents accessible at the respective institution, subject to applicable regulations

Users of this website include "Service Receivers" (those availing services) and "Visitors" (those browsing without availing services), collectively referred to as "Users," "You," or "Your."

3. Data Collection & Usage

CSM Transcript Solutions collects user information through its website during service requests and application submissions. We may also obtain relevant information from third parties where necessary for service delivery. This policy does not apply to third-party websites linked from our platforms.

By using our services, you consent to the sharing of your data with affiliated institutions, collegiate bodies, or authorized representatives of CSM Transcript Solutions, solely for fulfilling service objectives. User account details are deleted upon order completion. Post-completion queries may be directed to info@csmtranscript.com

4. Agreement & Consent

By accessing our services or initiating payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. This agreement carries the same legal enforceability as a written and signed contract. If you represent an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services, submitting documents, or communicating with us through any of our platforms.

5. Procedures & Policies

Turnaround Time

Processing begins within 30 working days of payment and document verification. Completion may take between 15 to 120 working days depending on the institution's timelines. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of specific outcomes. CSM Transcript Solutions is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party courier or postal services, nor for document rejection by the intended recipient. Users agree to indemnify CSM Transcript Solutions against any claims arising from service usage.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Once a CSM Transcript Solutions account is created and credentials issued, cancellation is not permitted. Cases on hold due to incomplete documentation are automatically closed after three months with no refund. Additional processing fees may apply for confidential institutional receipts.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be emailed to info@csmtranscript.com Approved refunds are processed within 25–45 working days. Fees are non-refundable where forged or fraudulent documents are submitted. GST charges are non-refundable upon cancellation. Refund eligibility is void if required supporting documents are not provided.

Document Custody

Original documents submitted to CSM Transcript Solutions will be retained for up to three (3) months. If uncollected, a monthly custodial fee of Rs.2,000/- will apply. Documents remaining uncollected after six (6) months will be securely destroyed, with no liability or recourse thereafter.

Secondary Verification

For verifications by bodies such as WES, IQAS, ECCTIS, or NDEB, CSM Transcript Solutions's role is limited to follow-up with the institution. Effort expended prior to email dispatch to the university is non-refundable under all circumstances.

General

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Submitted documents are destroyed one month after case closure. Unauthorized walk-ins or office disruptions are strictly prohibited. All communications must occur via official channels only.

6. Limitations of Liability

CSM Transcript Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or its services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy for any issue with our services is to discontinue use.

The total aggregate liability of CSM Transcript Solutions to any user shall not exceed Rs. 1,000, regardless of the nature of the claim. Where applicable law restricts the exclusion of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Bangalore by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Company.

When the User invokes arbitration, the User shall bear all costs until a final verdict is delivered. When invoked by the Company, costs are shared equally unless determined otherwise by the Arbitrator. Users accessing this website from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
